5.3% ABV | New England IPA - Initial punch of Ripe Mango and Fresh Citrus makes this tropical beer super crushable!

7.6% ABV | This hazy, pillowy-puff cloud of an IPA has a beautiful pink color and complex, fruit tea-like flavor from hibiscus flower, and a sweet, fruity wine character from New Zealand Nelson Sauvignon hops.

4.3% ABV | Our house light American lager is made with 100% crystal hops from Hazy Daze Hop Farm.

5.4% ABV | Mexican-style Amber Lager - Delightfully roasted malt character with a clean/dry finish | Based on the Famous Female wrestling character by the same name

3.5% ABV | Grodziskie-Style Wheat Ale brewed with custom smoked wheat malt from our friends at Blue Ox Malthouse in Maine.

7.5% ABV | Classic West Coast IPA with notes of tangerine, peach, and pine.

6.3% ABV | Our house Oktober Festbier is a malty and complex golden lager brewed with Noble hops and Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich Malts.

7.0% ABV | Our German-style Maibock is mysterious and important. Its mixture of Pilsner, Vienna, and Munich malts makes this light amber beer crisp and lightly fruity and floral with a hint of spice.

5.5% ABV | American Pale Ale – Mosaic & El Dorado hops provide notes of citrus, honeydew, and mixed berries.

4.3% ABV | A single malt and hop combination makes our Session IPA totally flavorful. Orange juice and ripe mango lead the way to a dank finish. Drink up, it’s a small crop!

6.5% ABV | New England IPA. Sweet citrus, lemon, pine, and tropical fruit to help you and your peeps relax for an extended stay at the manor

5.2% ABV | Belgian-style Farmhouse Ale – The Combination of Belgian and French Farmhouse yeast provides complex flavors of honeysuckle, stone fruit, hints of lemon… Finishes dry and delicate.

Hazy IPA hopped with Galaxy, Simcoe, and Cashmere hops, bringing bright tropical citrus and stone fruit. Go Stillers!

West Coast Pilsner: 5.9% a must for all the Pens Games Mades with Experimental Hops featuring notes of papaya, cut grass and stonefruit.

Cheese Man is a classic German-style Altbier, a traditional copper colored ale with the malty backbone of a Vienna Lager and the smooth, firm bitterness of a Pilsner.

Bohemian Pilsner |  5% ABV Brilliant gold with excellent foam. Strong floral and spicy aromatics lead to flavors of wildflower and a honey-like malt sweetness.

Dry-Hopped Saison |  6% ABV Super dry and crisp. Features a nice light bitterness with spicy yeast notes and a tropical, fruity hop character.

Grodziskie-Style Wheat Ale |  3.5% ABV A rare, historic style brewed with custom-smoked wheat malt from Maine’s Blue Ox Malthouse. Light, smoky, and refreshing.

American Pale Ale |  5.5% ABV Ample hopping from El Dorado and Mosaic provides moderate bitterness and a bouquet of tropical fruits, berries, and subtle pine.

West Coast Pilsner |  5.7% ABV A super light-bodied, pale gold pilsner. Unique aromas of peach and pomegranate with flavors of papaya and fruit punch. Dry finish.

Flagship New England IPA | 6.3% ABV Our signature Hazy IPA. Soft, juicy, and loaded with El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic hops.

New England IPA | 7.7% ABV  ale loaded with Southern Hemisphere hops.

West Coast IPA | 7% ABV A classic piney West Coast IPA with a firm bitterness and bright flavors of papaya and lemongrass.

Black IPA | 6.9% ABV Pitch black with a citrus-floral aroma. Brewed with Loral and Talus hops to create herbaceous notes that complement a rich, malty backbone.

NEIPA | 7% ABV Aromas of pineapple and green papaya. A "fruit punch" candy flavor with a subtle herbal grassiness and a sweet finish.

German Altbier |  4.8% ABV Deep amber and very clean. Toasty caramel aromas with a light herbal hop profile and a smooth, roasted finish.

Czech Dark Lager |  4.8% ABV Dark brown with a thick foam. Strong aromas of espresso and toffee with flavors of chocolate, tobacco, and a lingering roasted coffee finish.

English Barleywine |  9% ABV A rich, "sticky" sipper. Expect flavors of flower, toffee, and candied dark fruit with a gentle herbal finish.

Sour Ale | 7.5% ABV Brewed with our house-cultured Lactobacillus. Tart and bright with gobs of cranberry and a hint of orange.

Fruited Tea Ale |  6.2% ABV A tea-party inspired ale brewed with hibiscus, raspberries, blueberries, and rose hips. Refreshingly fruity and slightly tart.

This dry stout has subtle notes of dark chocolate and tobacco smoothed out by a semi sweet oaky finish- a perfect balance of decadence and drinkability
